Hi, I’m Carrie!

I’m a doula, writer, and communications strategist who supports brands and organizations in maternal and reproductive health. I’ve been a doula since 2012—my work sits at the intersection of birthwork, advocacy, and content/communications.

I help nonprofits, brands, and mission-driven groups share stories, engage communities, and expand reach through clear, compassionate, and strategic messaging.
